1. Enrollment and Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must complete the registration form and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to reject any application if we find the promotional methods or content unsuitable for our brand.

2. Promotional Methods

Affiliates are encouraged to use ethical and professional marketing strategies.

• Allowed: Social media marketing, content creation (blogs/videos), email marketing to opted-in lists, and Direct B2B networking.

• Prohibited: Spamming, deceptive advertising, or using illegal methods to generate traffic. Any violation may lead to immediate account termination.

3. Commission and Payouts

           Commission Rate:

• Direct Sales Commission: You will earn a 20% commission for every successful initial sale or subscription made directly through your unique affiliate link.
• Sub-Affiliate Commission: You will earn a 20% commission from the initial sales made by sub-affiliates who join under your network.
• Recurring Direct Commission: You will receive a 10% recurring commission every month for every active subscription from your direct sales, as long as the customer remains active.
• Recurring Sub-Affiliate Commission: You will receive a 10% recurring commission every month for every active subscription from your sub-affiliates’ sales, as long as the customer remains active.

Payout Schedule: Commissions are processed after a holding period of up to 30 days from the date of each specific sale to account for any refunds or cancellations. This period is calculated individually for every transaction. 

Payment Method: Payments will be sent via your preferred method (e.g., Binance/Card/Bank Transfer) as specified in your profile.

4. Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive right to use bizgrowpoint.com’s logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services. You may not alter these materials without prior written consent.

5. Relationship of Parties

Registration in our affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You operate as an independent contractor.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using all affiliate links and promotional materials.

7. Changes to Terms

bizgrowpoint.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
