  • Provide necessary access to platforms (e.g., WordPress, Hosting, Ad Accounts) as required.

  • Review and provide feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through our authorized payment methods.

  • For custom projects, a deposit or full payment may be required upfront, as specified in the project invoice.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Once the final payment is received, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables (e.g., website, marketing copy).

  • BizGrowPoint Agency retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

BizGrowPoint Agency will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • The client violates these terms.

  • The client engages in unethical or illegal activities.

  • Communication is lost for more than 30 consecutive days without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our business jurisdiction.
