Refund Policy

At BizGrowPoint Agency, we value our clients’ satisfaction. However, because we provide digital services and professional expertise, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Digital Services & Consultation
Most of our services involve specialized expertise and time-intensive manual effort, strategy development, and digital assets. Therefore:
Custom Projects: Once work has officially started on a project (Web development, Marketing setup, etc.), fees are generally non-refundable.
Consultation Fees: Fees paid for discovery calls or professional consultations are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Period
Clients can request a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24–48 hours of the initial payment, provided that work has not yet commenced.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
If the project has not been started after the payment was made.
Suppose there is a technical failure on our end that prevents us from delivering the promised service. (In such cases, we will first attempt to fix the issue within 3–5 business days before a refund request is processed.)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page or directly email us at support@bizgrowpoint.com. Your request must include the following details:
Your full name and business name.
The transaction date and the total amount paid.
A detailed reason for the refund request.
5. Processing Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
